Van Meter Properties
Todd Van Meter earned his BBA from the University of Georgia with a major in Real Estate and a minor in Finance. In 1989, he moved to Gainesville, Georgia and became a licensed real estate agent. He started Van Meter Construction, Inc. in 1991 and built over 150 homes in Hall County. Todd served as President of Home Builders Association of Gainesville - Hall County in 1998-99 and as a member of the Board of Directors for six years.
Realizing a need for affordable and desirable rental property in the area, he began Van Meter Properties in 1994. He has been an active member of Georgia Real Estate Investors Association since 1992 and served as leader of the Hall County GaREIA Subgroup for over ten years.
Sometimes you will find Todd at his desk with a pencil and calculator, but often you will find him with a paintbrush or hammer in hand.
