The following information is provided to answer frequently asked questions.
Application
A completed application must be submitted by each adult 18+ years that will be living in the home. The application can be faxed or e-mailed to us.
We strive to make the application process quick and easy. Most applications are processed within 24 hours.
Reservation Fee
A reservation payment is required to hold a house for you until move-in.
We do not accept personal checks to hold a home. Cash, Money Order or Certified Funds are required.
This payment will be applied toward your first month rent when you move into your home.
Security Deposit
Security Deposits vary. Please call our property manager for information on a security deposit for a specific home.
Pets
Pets are subject to approval of management.
A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required.
Payment Plans
You can make your payment monthly or every two weeks. We have plans to fit your budget.
Lease Purchase
Van Meter Properties offers a lease purchase and rent credit program. You can rent to own your home. A portion of your rent each month
is applied toward your down payment.
